VoxNovas and its licensors retain ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, methods, know-how, reusable components, frameworks, processes, and website content. Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing data, brands, and materials. Ownership and usage rights for custom deliverables will be defined in the applicable project agreement.
Each party should protect non-public business, technical, financial, operational, and customer information received from the other party. VoxNovas handles personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Additional confidentiality or data processing terms may be agreed in writing.
VoxNovas solutions may depend on hosting providers, AI model providers, CRMs, email services, document tools, analytics, payment processors, calendars, and other business platforms. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, prices, limits, availability, and data practices.
Fees, payment schedules, deposits, expenses, renewals, support retainers, and cancellation rights will be set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, work may pause if invoices are overdue or required client inputs are delayed.
